Business‑X Nest began its story in 2022, starting as a small freelance initiative with a big ambition. Those early days were dedicated to testing our business strategy, refining our concept and understanding what modern businesses truly needed. It was a year of experimentation, learning and laying the foundation for something bigger.
In 2023, we took our first real step into the market. We began engaging clients, applying our ideas in real business environments and proving the value of our approach. By the end of the year, we had successfully managed five clients from different industry backgrounds, each one strengthening our expertise and sharpening our direction.
The year 2024 marked a turning point. We expanded our capabilities and began managing larger, more complex projects. Our role grew from simple support to full business administration and project reporting, becoming a trusted operational partner for our clients. This was also the year we ventured into data analytics, transforming raw information into meaningful insight that guided smarter decisions.
By 2025, our growth and experience led us to formalise our identity. We officially registered as Business XNest Sdn Bhd, stepping confidently into the next chapter. With a stronger structure, a clearer vision and an expanding service ecosystem, we are now ready to scale, innovate and support even more businesses across diverse industries.

Meet The Founder
Liyana Al-Talib
Liyana Al‑Talib CA(M) is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), bringing 20 years of experience across accounting, taxation, financial audit, business strategy, project management, human resources, public relations, marketing, sales and legal documentation.
Throughout her career, she has specialised in protecting business interests through high‑level negotiation and financial engineering. Her track record includes saving clients millions in tax penalties through direct negotiation with LHDN and RMCD, as well as drafting complex long‑term financial projections and legal contracts for major joint‑venture deals.

Business X Nest is built on the principle that no business owner should have to manage everything alone. While Liyana provides the strategic vision, she channels her expertise into building and equipping a capable team that acts as your internal administrative and intelligence department. The Business-X Nest team is structured into three core units: the Project Department, the Administration Department and the Business Intelligence (BI) Department, each trained to deliver high‑impact support tailored to MSME needs.
